Description
This image is a vintage piece of artwork from the 1920's era It has been reproduced and digitally enhanced into a textures artwork. Due to the original size it can only be offered as a greeting card, 6x8 print and smart phone case. Please see the other fine vintage reproductions in the main gallery titled Vintage Reproductions.
This piece of nostalgia represents a Victorian lady in her youth, the photography theme is of oriental nature. She is dressed in a kimono of soft teal green accented by a burgundy and yellow band it's base. It is patterned ocerall with a small dan type print. Her brunette hair is curled and pinned in period style with a wide red ribbon in a bow at the center of her head. The backgroud of this beautiful portrait is in a muted abeing and has a floral print within the right side of the image, the left appears to be fabric drape in solid beige. This miniature retro redesign will suit almost any decor style with it's soft neutral colors, and sure to be a wonderful conversation piece when vieiwing.
This image will make a delightfully nostalgic greeting card, which can be matted and framed as a mini artwork to the receivers personal collection. Original artwork does not mention model and original photographer so I have listed them as unknown. This image is available in both color tinted and black and white versions.

Thanks everyone, it's a vintage photograph reproduction, so wish i could paint like this. I have really enjoyed the working of this series to bring them back to life though. It was a challenge but well worth the time and trouble to see these beauties back in the public view and circulation.
