Lol Rosalie, the nest had fallen in the yard and I placed it on the front porch the next day I went out to feed the birds and the leaf had fallen out of the tree at some point and ended up in the nest, so I grabbed the camera and got a shot of it. Thought it was an interesting subject. But then again, I have some pretty crafty Crows and other yard birds, perhaps they were just giving me a subject to take a picture of as a gift for all the food I put out. Lol ...thanks for the view and kind words on the work!
