A vintage patent illustration of a "Hair Cutting and Neck Shaving Device" as the patent lists it's name. This retro razor combo was invented and patented by C.J. Manley. Manley filed the application for this antique diagram on Nov. 10, 1919 but it was until Aug 10, 1920 that the patent was approved.
