Description
Photography of purple coneflowers, one in full bloom and one is budding stage of growth. Background is muted to give the flower full brillance and centerstage of photo. The conflower or Echinacea purpurea is native to the Eastern U.S. and oddly enough it's generic Greek name echino means sea urchin because of it's spiney central disks.
